Tracking Local Mail service (Registered Mail / Parcels), or Outward International Mail (Registered Post / Insured Post / Parcels)
Senders must, within v months from the date of mailing, raise a request to check the delivery status of the mail service detail. Senders can track an detail in the post-obit way:

Format of item number* for parcels：CP XXXXXXXXX HK
(*Notation: XXXXXXXXX = nine digits)

Rails without particular number (e.g. loss of detail number)
Please visit the post office at which the item was posted and provide details such as the appointment of mailing, the name of leaseholder and the accost to the counter staff for postal service tracking.
